  • Products are listed and sold by independent vendors
  • Vendors are responsible for returns, refunds, and product quality

SpicesDolly acts only as a facilitator and is not directly responsible for product-related issues.


2. Return Eligibility

A product may be eligible for return if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • It does not match the product description
  • It is expired (for consumable goods)

To be eligible:

  • Request must be raised within a reasonable time (usually 24–48 hours after delivery)
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and invoice should be available

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (fresh food, groceries, etc.)
  • Opened or used items
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable”
  • Personal care products (if opened)

Return eligibility is subject to vendor policy.

To request a return:

  3. Provide order details, issue description, and images (if applicable)

The vendor will review and approve/reject the request.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed by the vendor after approval
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on payment provider (typically 5–10 business days)

SpicesDolly does not directly process refunds but may assist in communication.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped or accepted
  • Once processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible
  • Refund (if applicable) will follow the vendor’s policy

7. Delivery Issues

If you face delivery-related issues:

  • Late delivery
  • Missing items
  • Damaged packaging

You must report the issue within a reasonable time after delivery.


8. Disputes

  • Buyers and vendors are encouraged to resolve disputes directly
  • SpicesDolly may assist but is not obligated to mediate

Final resolution depends on vendor policy and applicable laws.

All returns and refunds are subject to:
